This is for the creative who wants to center + ground themselves before their big audition, but doesn't have time to meditate for two hours (me neither).
This is for the multi-passionate who knows that some old wounds/beliefs from childhood, college or whatever are keeping them playing small, but they don't have bandwidth for an entire Ayahuasca retreat (same).
