Welcome to Big Dreamers Society (BDS)! By joining, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Membership Overview

Program Access:
Membership includes workshops, live coaching Q&A calls, resources, a like-minded community, etc.

Access to materials is for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or resold.

Payment Terms:
Membership fees are $47 or $97 monthly.

Payments are processed automatically through Stripe unless canceled.

Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing teamkelseyedwards@gmail.com with the subject line "CANCELLATION."

Please note that you must email no later than 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged.

Refunds are not offered for payments already processed.

Code of Conduct

Community Guidelines:
Be respectful and kind in all interactions within the BDS community.
Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal without a refund.

Confidentiality:
Respect the privacy of fellow members. Discussions and shared resources are confidential and not to be disclosed outside the community.

Intellectual Property

Content Ownership:
All materials, tools, and content provided within BDS are the intellectual property of Kelsey Edwards LLC.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of BDS content is prohibited.

No Guarantees:
Results are individual and not guaranteed. Success depends on your commitment, effort, and unique circumstances.
BDS does not provide legal, financial, or medical advice.

Technical Issues:
While we strive to ensure uninterrupted access, we are not liable for delays or technical issues beyond our control.

Changes to Terms

Modification Rights:
BDS reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes.

Acceptance of Terms

By participating in Big Dreamers Society, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from joining or accessing the membership.
